Is it that bad out there ? "Obama retreat" sold for $21.9 million

Now if they weren't blowing so much dumping chemicals from jets, and bailing out bankers, they'd have had more of your money for their stay.

Blue Heron Farm, the Chilmark estate that President Obama and his family have rented for the past three summers for their August vacations, was sold last week for $21.925 million.

The property was purchased by Blue Sky MV LTD, a real estate investment corporation organized in late October...

For the past three years Wallace & Co. has managed Blue Heron Farm for the Van Devenders, renting it out on a limited basis, including to the Obamas beginning in August of 2009. The First Family spent 10 days in the farmhouse this summer.

At this rate, next year he'll need to rent an RV and stay at a campground.
