New Kenwood TH-K20A 2m HT arriving soon

This double conversion 2M HT will have a 1130 mAh, KNB-63L Li-Ion Battery, and use the SMC-34 speaker mic.

Since we all now know they come out of the same factories as Wouxun, Baofeng, etc., can we hope that the Japanese middle men will stop profiteering and charge the same $25 a battery and $110 for the radio ?

Even then it won't be comparable, since Wouxun provides a 1700 mAh battery and dual bands.
