Irene withers; HAARP pulses retreat

The HAARP-recorded pulses in the downward (Bz) axis that occurred from 2000z to 0200z unlike the previous days' methodical schedule were predictably far weaker.

Once again they corresponded to pulsed variable (power, time and frequency) radio signals centered at 5 MHz.

We can deduce this was the case because of the weakening of the hurricane that had since been steered into and over land.

A new addition at 0800z was a tire track appearance across 5 Hz to 1.5 Hz indicating higher power at the higher frequency, before the pulses were stopped.

As reported last night, an additional, likely man-made power increase was detected by the fluxgate also and remains to this hour.
