Illogical judge declares even if you're in office illegally, you get to stay by virtue of being in office

A federal "judge" has dismissed the case brought to discover why Soetoro dba Obama is using a Connecticut Social Security Number which is now made more interesting given the fraud of the office holder's recently arrested uncle doing the same.

Mr. Carr contacted the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles and asked a spokesman at the state motor vehicle agency how someone in Onyago Obama's circumstances could get a driver's license. He later told his audience what he discovered:(emphasis is mine)

"According to the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles he has a valid driver's license and you can't get a valid driver's license, supposedly, unless you have a social security number. And I asked them (RMV), 'Well how the hell did he get a license if he never had a social security number? Maybe I'm just a little mister naive.' But they said that they couldn't tell me because he had the license for at least 20 years, so he had gotten it back in their pre-computer days."

Is there a connection ? Is one protecting the other ?

The "judge" concluded

that there's no real interest in determining whether the Obama Social Security Number is genuine or fraudulent, and the need for secrecy for the president trumps all else.

"The SSA explained that the Privacy Act of 1974 ... protects the personal information of social security number holders," he wrote. "The SSA determined ... the plaintiff had identified no public interest that would be served by disclosure."

The interest is the discovery of whether an illegal alien holds the office of President, as he signs laws and Executive Orders, commits troops to war and operations, and conducts the other business of the office.

In dismissing this case, the "judge" has declared that no one cares if an elected human is legally in office, once he is there.

The "judge" has ruled that once he is there that he has the usurper's magical power of a king and is free from prosecution.

"Plaintiff makes no secret of her intention to use the redacted Form SS-5 to identify the holder of social security number xxxx-xxx-4425 – or, as plaintiff puts it, to confirm her suspicion that the president is fraudulently using that number," the judge wrote.

But Lamberth wrote in the case against Michael Astrue, Social Security commissioner, whether Obama is using a fake number isn't his concern.

"Even if plaintiff's allegations were true, an individual's status as a public official does not, as plaintiff contends, 'make exemption 6 irrelevant to him and his vital records.'"

This is insane logic. This says that if someone has taken office illegally, once he is in office he now bears immunity by virtue of the office he has taken illegally !

You can't take an office illegally !

If you're there illegally, you're not President.

You're obstructing justice.

As Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick just said, "illegal is illegal".

Why are 300 million people giving these few fools magical powers and treating them as if they're more than human ?
