HAARP quiet for one day after Irene before pulses return

HAARP Induction Magnetometer and HF Spectrum Monitor observed pulses stopped for one day after Irene, presumably before Katia became the target.

It was quiet for one day before the pulses reappeared.

Note that the weaker (compared to mid-Irene) "tire track" pulses appeared at 2000z

These are once again corresponding to "droplet" RF pulses at 5 MHz at the same time.

These are not normal "background noise" and we can deduce that storms are like Lay's potato chips.

"No one can eat just one."
