There are predictions of a heavy snow storm this weekend in the northeast.

Heavy snow accumulation in October is virtually unheard of in most of Connecticut. In the greater Hartford area, measurable snow has only occurred three times in the last 100 years. Along the shoreline measurable snow has only occurred once.

In fact, the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission found it so interesting (put it together) that they present comments that since the report was in 1996, most of it was probably in play as of the time of their received comments. That was in May 2008.

UPDATE: As of this afternoon the first chemtrails are blowing in, and the noise bursts that stimulate them to life have begun to overwhelm the trunked radio system, conventional repeaters and ham repeaters' front ends. These produce noise bursts when the system is keyed and transmitting.
