The Brewster Fire Department doesn't understand that, because two Fire Captains in the last 24 hours have ignored the fact that the town doesn't hold a license, but rather has applied for one.

They are using radios illegally.

One of the illuminati (no, not really) has already screwed up his radio and is transmitting touch tones every time he keys the PTT. It makes him easy to identify as he obsessively keys the radio.

Furthermore, what kind of fraud was levied on hams by the criminals at PAVE PAWS and Raytheon that they drove hams off of 440 MHz and allowed their Otis AFB based Police and Fire cronies to go on 450 MHz ?

In other news the DPW is also pissing your taxes by applying for its own toy repeater on 453.200 MHz with an input of 458.200.

And by the way, if someone told them they can operate as soon as the license appears in the database, the law is a license, not an application for one.
