Veterans Upset After Chafee Plans to Make Them Pay More for Care (yet Grants and corporate Bailouts continue unabated as Fed claims insolvency)

Is Governor Chafee and crew for real ? Their state is the first to near bankruptcy in part thanks to his father's reign ... and he's going to steal from veterans ?

Veterans living full-time in the Rhode Island Veterans Home in Bristol would pay more for their health care under Governor Chafee's new budget proposal.

The proposed change would make residents pay 100% of their income towards the cost of their housing, rather than the current 80% - that 20% increase comes out to an average $444 extra per month veterans would have to pay for services there.

The increase is expected to raise about $1 million yearly, but Representative Dan Gordon, himself a veteran, says only about 20% of that money would go back to the Veterans' Home - 80% of the increase would go to the state's general fund.

Stop giving grants ! September 11 was ten years ago ! It wasn't the start of Christmas !

These cowards go after people who can't fight ! They cant fight because they need care and they can't fight because they're old, sick or disabled ! Go after soccer moms. Go after able bodied people. People who make $200,000 a year aren't poor. People who are sick in beds are.

Stop targeting people who can't fight you, Globalists.

For God sakes man, you're charging veterans for injuries that your father and your wider family helped cause !

The states are trying to give illegal aliens in state tuition yet say they have no money ? They're actively committing a crime. Don't reward them.

The states say they have no money but see to have plenty to hand out for Motorola of Illinois and China. China gives big to federal politicians and Soetoro dba Obama was "representing" Illinois.

How can they keep giving out $350,000 grants ? Go use a wet wipe to clean what you have... and it's obviously not just radios.

Residents, on the other hand, say they've given enough.
