Geno Auriemma wants more fans ? Try bribing them out of pocket

In Geno Disappointed By Tournament Attendance on WTIC, we're fed another disconnect from reality by another millionaire, this time on the state dole.

Auriemma made $1,643,481 in 2010. The Governor of Connecticut made $150,000.

We are told the Bilderberg / Globalist / Federal Reserve (Those Whose Cannot be Labelled Conspiracy) lie that there is no money when in fact over 1100 Connecticut employees earned more than the Governor. And that's just the state of Connecticut.

So continuing, here is Geno's threat to punish the taxpayer hand that feeds him.

Connecticut fans may have seen their last NCAA tournament game in Storrs for a while.

Coach Geno Auriemma, disappointed that fewer than 6,000 fans showed up at the 10,000-seat Gampel Pavilion for UConn’s second-round win over Purdue on Tuesday, said he will ask athletic director Jeff Hathaway not to bid on hosting the tournament for the next five years.

Is this like gym class in Connecticut where we all take ten laps because someone swore or threw a sneaker into the gym rafters ? Yawn.

Auriemma said asking fans to attend a regular season, Big East tournament and first two rounds of the NCAA tournament in Connecticut is a lot.

He joked that it might help if UConn won more games. The team has lost one game in the last three seasons.

I have a better idea.

Geno is irked that he's missing 4000 fans.

Geno can give each fan 5 bucks to show up and still take home $1,623,481 !

Up that gratuity to $10 a fan and he takes home $1,603,481 of taxpayer funds.

Go for a whopping $50 a missing theoretical UCONN fan, and he's pulling in $1,443,481.

So who is really at fault ? The man is just not applying himself.

“I think we have a real spoiled group of fans,” Auriemma said.

Coming from a man that made $1,643,481 in 2010 and is stomping his feet ?

Pat McKenna, a spokesman for the team, said Wednesday that Auriemma was serious about asking not to host the tournament, but has not yet spoken to Hathaway.

I'm serious too. The economy is in staged collapse and this "Phi Beta Kappa" thinks he's going to punish the fans ?
