The Pope continues to use the title that the Vatican stole from the Roman Emperors, Pontifex Maximus, because without that title his foundation for fraud is gone.

To the right is Octavian in his role as Pont. Max., as the Vatican's carvings near the ceiling of Saint Peter's Basilica claim now for the usurper Pope.

After the last Emperors were abducted and assassinated by 476, the Vatican began using the title reserved for the Emperor as high priest.

The Catholic Church is a usurper and a sham.

So imagine that this former Hitler Youth member would have the unmitigated gall to revisit the punishment of a man named Jesus for violating Roman Imperial law.
