Out march the UK PSYOPS

Is this photo in the Mail Online even real or designed to incite ?

We see two physically fit men in a grainy photo, with one "robbing" the other.

Internet rumours last night claimed that on top of the widespread destruction across London and Birmingham, people were having their clothes removed by looters as police attempted to contain the criminality.

Rumors ? Do better than that.

The "rioter" allowed himself to be photographed ? By anyone ?

He has the "victim's" clothes in a neat pile in his hand ?

He is making no attempt to be hostile other than demanding the "victim" take his clothes off ? And the "victim" complied as if he was being inspected by the American TSA ?

They're not even the same clothing size.

Throughout the recent history of government and photography there have been repeated fake releases and agent provocateur operations.

On Twitter, numerous posters claimed there had been incidents of people being stripped naked in Birmingham, although the reports are unsubstantiated.

Twitter ? Like Facebook that the US military has said it has had ongoing operations on, and has further plans to manipulate including solicitations for software to mold public opinion ? That is, until they changed their mind after publication in March.
