That's not hard to understand when you consider that he and his Germanic friends just ignore that their ancestors tried to steal power in Rome by assassinating Nero in 68, and then agitating and rioting their sorry "chosen" asses for another 400 years until the two groups pulled it off in 476.
Now clueless police protect them and ignore that many at Bilderberg have warrants out for their arrest let alone Kissinger.

A prominent member of Switzerland’s largest political party has called upon federal authorities to arrest Henry Kissinger as a war criminal if he attends the 2011 Bilderberg conference of global power brokers which is set to begin on Thursday at the Hotel Suvretta House in St. Moritz.
Swiss People’s Party representative Dominique Baettig wrote a letter to the General Prosecutor of the Swiss Federation in which he asked, “In the name of Cantonal Sovereignty and independence, but especially of the Justice’s independence from executive power – may it be Federal or Cantonal – I ask you to check abroad for Arrest Warrants delivered by various Courts, Judges and also for all valid criminal complaints against the persons who were, amongst others, cited as mere examples in my (enclosed) letters to Mrs. Simonetta Sommaruga, Federal Counselor and Mrs. Barbara Janom Steiner, Cantonal Counselor and of course, to arrest them before diligent extraditions.”
Baettig is no fringe figure, he’s the equivalent of a US Congressman, representing the Canton of Jura on the National Council of Switzerland. His party, the Swiss People’s Party, is the largest party in the Federal Assembly, with 58 members of the National Council and 6 of the Council of States.
A Bilderberg style meeting of Nazis and Americans was clumsily first attempted in Chatham, Massachusetts at the Chatham Bars Inn during the war right after the Operation Valkyrie attempt to kill Hitler on 20 July 1944. A submarine headed for the area, but was stopped by the crew of a blimp that was under the mistaken impression that the USA was at an unorchestrated war where everything was as it seemed and not staged. When the industrialist sub was located, the Navy and Department of Justice made the story go away after 1998.
If this government allowed access to what's in the vault of that submarine, the world would have had its history rewritten. Why else would the Navy and DOJ care about 60 year old memorabilia about dead men ? Their coup isn't dead and their children inherited it. Bilderberg features the Germanic families of Europe that overthrew the lawful Roman Empire, assassinated lawful Roman rulers and now demand that you not do it to them.
They also con police into not executing warrants as that presented to Kissinger in 2001 that the media ignored. The media is represented at Bilderberg and because no one has tried to kill them as was done to me by Bilderberg Merck on Halloween 1998, they too ignore the law and soak in their role in the ongoing coup against the Julio Claudian Ottaviano family (i.e. Octavianus or Octavian or Octavius) and other families of Rome.
On Memorial Day 2001, Kissinger was visited by the police in the Ritz Hotel in Paris and handed a warrant, issued by Judge Roger LeLoire, requesting his testimony in the matter of disappeared French citizens in Pinochet's Chile. Kissinger chose to leave town rather than appear at the Palais de Justice as requested. He has since been summoned as a witness by senior magistrates in Chile and Argentina who are investigating the international terrorist network that went under the name "Operation Condor" and that conducted assassinations, kidnappings, and bombings in several countries. The most spectacular such incident occurred in rush-hour traffic in downtown Washington, D.C., in September 1976, killing a senior Chilean dissident and his American companion. Until recently, this was the worst incident of externally sponsored criminal violence conducted on American soil. The order for the attack was given by Gen. Augusto Pinochet, who has been vigorously defended from prosecution by Henry Kissinger.
Moreover, on Sept. 10, 2001, a civil suit was filed in a Washington, D.C., federal court, charging Kissinger with murder. The suit, brought by the survivors of Gen. Rene Schneider of Chile, asserts that Kissinger gave the order for the elimination of this constitutional officer of a democratic country because he refused to endorse plans for a military coup. Every single document in the prosecution case is a U.S.-government declassified paper. And the target of this devastating lawsuit is being invited to review the shortcomings of the "intelligence community"?
In late 2001, the Brazilian government canceled an invitation for Kissinger to speak in Sao Paulo because it could no longer guarantee his immunity. Earlier this year, a London court agreed to hear an application for Kissinger's imprisonment on war crimes charges while he was briefly in the United Kingdom. It is known that there are many countries to which he cannot travel at all, and it is also known that he takes legal advice before traveling anywhere.
In the editorial Stonewalled by the CIA, 9/11 Commission members Thomas Kean and Lee Hamilton wrote how the aged Kissinger steered them as well.
The C.I.A. gave us many reports summarizing information gained in the interrogations. But the reports raised almost as many questions as they answered. Agency officials assured us that, if we posed specific questions, they would do all they could to answer them...
The general counsel responded in writing with non-specific replies. The agency did not disclose that any interrogations had ever been recorded or that it had held any further relevant information, in any form. Not satisfied with this response, we decided that we needed to question the detainees directly, including Abu Zubaydah and a few other key captives.
In a lunch meeting on Dec. 23, 2003, George Tenet, the C.I.A. director, told us point blank that we would have no such access. During the meeting, we emphasized to him that the C.I.A. should provide any documents responsive to our requests, even if the commission had not specifically asked for them. Mr. Tenet replied by alluding to several documents he thought would be helpful to us, but neither he, nor anyone else in the meeting, mentioned videotapes.
A meeting on Jan. 21, 2004, with Mr. Tenet, the White House counsel, the secretary of defense and a representative from the Justice Department also resulted in the denial of commission access to the detainees. Once again, videotapes were not mentioned.
As a result of this January meeting, the C.I.A. agreed to pose some of our questions to detainees and report back to us. The commission concluded this was all the administration could give us. But the commission never felt that its earlier questions had been satisfactorily answered. So the public would be aware of our concerns, we highlighted our caveats on page 146 in the commission report.
As a legal matter, it is not up to us to examine the C.I.A.’s failure to disclose the existence of these tapes. That is for others. What we do know is that government officials decided not to inform a lawfully constituted body, created by Congress and the president, to investigate one the greatest tragedies to confront this country. We call that obstruction.
This is no conspiracy theory nonsense. This is the rule of law turned upside down by force of arms for 1535 years aided by the media, and their corporate publishing houses biased toward these same Jewish and Germanic families that own and finance them and have rewritten history throughout.
