They patented it, built it, but that's not what they're doing ?

It started in about 2004 with rapidly pulsating wind gusts, as if a human was panting.

Now over and over, we have these "mysterious" identical pulsating wind storms, where the winds cycle through silence and high speed peak, silence and high speed peak.

Last night's Coast to Coast AM was on HAARP, when WXTK strangely lost its link to Coast to Coast AM... only.

I say that because they managed to transmit their 1:37 AM Emergency Alert System test.

Their STL was just fine. And no one seemed very concerned about getting the show back on.

Were they trying to lessen the audience in the area they are using as a testbed for their corrupt tests ? Incompetent (for hours of a dead carrier) ? Were they just having a laugh at the "paranoids" which brings me back to the first question, after weeks of running the PSA for a showing of "What on Earth are they Spraying" ?

HAARP is being augmented by PAVE PAWS locally to stage the test storms over a population that is retired, unlikely to be aware, unlikely to believe if you tell them and show them the patents among other documents, and most of all, unlikely to protest it.

Now, the media knows that out of 100 people at that time of night, many are recording it and have no opportunity to change the station because they're alseep.

Many are half asleep and fell asleep from the dead carrier.

And the rest probably said forget it, when faced with weak WRKO or a more distant station.

The problem of an informed audience on Cape Cod which is being subjected to repeated manufactured storms was solved.

Most won't think to listen on Youtube or won't care enough to take the 4 hours to do it.
