NATO attacks rebels again in Libya

"It is unbelievable," said one Benghazi resident. "Nato, with all the equipment they have - is this the second mistake? Is it really a mistake or something arranged secretly."

Indeed. The first known NATO attack on rebels was several days ago after it was tossed around by NATO itself that the rebels were supposedly al Qaida.

When that occurred it became clear that the USA dba NATO was fighting al Qaida in Iraq and Afghanistan and backing it in Libya, resulting in a de facto US Civil War of faction.

There is considerable anger among rebel troops after what appears to have been a terrible mistake.

Three times ? All of them since NATO decided the rebels were "flickers" of "al Qaida".

They are asking why rebel units were hit, when they could be seen clearly advancing in a westerly direction towards the front line.

When it's now occurred three times, with NATO's assertions, and with the clear farce that the USA is at once backing and attacking, how can anyone not ask what's going on there ?

If the USA is attacking rebels in Iraq and Afghanistan yet supporting the same rebels in Libya, the USA is fighting itself. If the rebel forces of the other crossed into the same country, each unit would be tasked with attacking or defending its assignments. US forces would then be fighting each other.

The question is, which faction ?
