HAARP: Incoming or outgoing ?

If HAARP is transmitting it will display these signals. However if it's receiving. as in an attack, it will also receive these pulsed signals.

Tonight we see that the magnetometer is showing pulsing of nearly the same kind as yesterday, at the same hours with a few exceptions. Examples of these are the more intense bursts of rapid frequency shifting at just over 0 to 1 Hz at around 2200 UTC and 0200 UTC.

The pulsing by frequency lines up perfectly both nights as well looking left to right.

Note that on the By at 1800 and 0400 on both nights, the power is actually up compared to last night in the same time slot. Most power in the Bx is down compared to last night.

The earthquake came in the hours in between. An attack or "Oops" ?

Interestingly, a radio signal at 5 MHz also shows up in the same time slots as the Bz activity at 2200 and 0200 UTC tonight.
