Move over Judge Napolitano and Alan Dershowitz, it's a Provincetown Firefighter

Once again Constitutional attorney, Pulitzer Prize winning reporter and Provincetown Firefighter Tim, N1RIW writing (maybe, they don't sign their names) for "conservative talk" WXTK trumpets another citizen having his guns seized.

Have you ever heard of the Police and Fire Departments writing the news for a media outlet ? I'm not talking a press release. I'm talking using your access to go photograph, film, record and report the news. When will WWLP be adding a Springfield FF ? Or, when will WBZ be adding a Boston FF ?

That's a conflict of interest. Typical Cape Cod.

As for the gun seizure, that of course is "temporary" and unfortunately there are complicating matters. He has other issues I don't agree with.

That's besides the point. The warrant was issued because he upset the Truro and Provincetown Fire Departments.

The Constitution also doesn't say, anywhere, that you can take away guns and hand them back or even license them. Unlike cars, guns are covered.

I'm fairly certain that the Provincetown Fire Department would upset the entire South, if you know what I mean, on two or three levels...

You're innocent until proven guilty and the Pre-Crime nonsense of assuming one issue leads to another is just another press release for police to prove they're on the case when most of the time, they aren't.

They took away a cocaine user's guns but the warrant to seize the guns was issued before the cocaine was discovered. So the cocaine was not the cause of the warrant according to the story. The worries and fears and existential angst of the Fire Departments were.

Oh no ! He has guns ! Oh no !

These are the same Firefighters who won't protest to the Police to take away a cocaine addict doctor's medical license after repeated cases and written admissions and nearly burying me ? Patterson maimed me. The man in Truro hasn't shot anyone. But you see, it was their asses that were on the line in their imaginations, not yours, John Q. Public.

We can infer the FDs didn't like responding where there were guns.

Why don't we just mail them their paychecks, so they can work their other two jobs in peace and skip responding to calls ?

I always hear about "officer safety" but never hear about "public safety" any more.

The Massachusetts anti-Bill of Rights cheerleading makes it painfully obvious that WXTK is nothing more than a safety valve for you to contact, mouth off across Southeast Massachusetts on, and go away so that you don't pull an Egypt with the USA.

In fact, ask them if they'll carry Alex Jones since they carry Paul Parent (by the same company) and you'll get a hearty "I don't think that's going to happen," or a "we'll look into it."

They don't. The entire region dumped poor Michael Savage because while they want you to mouth off and go back to eating, they don't want you to actually start thinking.

They're low level Globalists. Go back to eating.

Legiones redde.
