HAARP has started the latest of several days in a row recording obviously man-made Bz (downward) pulses on the magnetometer.

These correlate to variable signals (in power, time and frequency) received between 3 and 5 MHz.

If they aren't going to have a press conference can they at least issue a press release trumpeting this marvelous achievement (or miserable attack) ?

Around the state, highway information signs flashed "No Unnecessary Travel. For Your Safety." Gov. Dannel P. Malloy said he might consider closing some roads to travelers on Sunday if wind gusts top 50 mph, and even a ban on non-emergency driving, if necessary.

Irene has taken a turn into a government manipulation to test the waters to see what you'll do if they yell "fire" after ten years of psychological conditioning.

Connecticut Governor Malloy (whose house was raided by police repeatedly as he feigned not knowing what was going on) has most likely already decided he's going to tell drivers they can't drive for his handlers.

As Hurricane Irene began its journey north along the Eastern Seaboard, the governor in a press conference Saturday morning said he is considering a ban on travel for all non-emergency vehicles in the state of Connecticut.

The ban, if enforced, will not go into effect until 9 a.m. on Sunday, Gov. Dannel P. Malloy said at the press conference, held at the State Emergency Operations Center in Hartford at 10 a.m.

On Friday, Malloy said only the Merritt and Wilbur Cross parkways could be ordered closed because the concern of flooding and falling trees in the area is so great.

Do you see the double speak ? The reporter said "all" travel. Before the Governor said it was going to be two highways. No one protested. They are pushing you more.

In a 9:30am press confrence NY Mayor Michael Bloomberg warned residents that they may have to turn off the power to areas of downtown in order to protect the lines from salt water. A decision will need to be made well in advance of any water rising in to the city.

He also said staying in the city was "against the law," according to Drudge.

Day 5: HAARP recorded 1600 to 0400z pulses

Well, once again HAARP was recording the downward (Bz) pulses on the magnetometer from 1600z to 0400z.

As has been the case since 22 August, that has been with the corresponding splattering of time pulsed and frequency and power swept RF signals centered in the vicinity of 5 MHz.

The mainly Bz (downward) magnetic pulses received (possibly caused) by HAARP started at 1600z again as they have since 22 August.

Once again they were joined by varying radio signals around 5 MHz at 1600z and later.

Additionally in the By (magnetic east) axis, we see that they edited the chart; they redacted it based on its appearance.

Note the perfectly black area between the two energy bursts at just after 0600z and 1200z and below 3.5 Hz.

There seems to be a similar blackout above 3.5 Hz on either side of that time spread.

We're still waiting for that press conference...

Once again the pulses received on HF (the "smudge" on the bluish chart) match the pulses received on the magnetometer downward axis (Bz).

Is HAARP the source or a observer ?

Once again the pulses have started on the downward magnetic (Bz) axis.

There are also slight pulses on the other two axes.

UPDATE: 5 hours after I wrote the first post at 0015 UTC there was a 4.5 aftershock which also correlates to the end of the energy burst and two days of pulses seen here.

I added the chart since the original post below that I posted at 0015 UTC.

Note also that the pulses can be seen on the spectrum monitor (bluish chart) starting at 1600 UTC as they are on the magnetometer.

There's another burst in the radio spectrum at 0000 to 0200 UTC overlapping the time of the burst on the magnetometer.

Can we assume that was the Weather Mitigation Union's in flight meal ?
