Seashore Acting Chief Ranger Craig Thatcher asked state police for assistance in reconstructing the accident scene, which they declined because the incident didn't warrant a state police response, said state Trooper Todd Nolan Tuesday. Thatcher then requested state police to assist with the crash itself, calling it a collision with possible personal injury involving an intoxicated operator.

Months before the crash, the current Truro Chief groped a woman and the previous one passed out on a sidewalk, ostensibly from diabetes. Drinking to intoxication is, of course, contraindicated for a diabetic- just saying.

Let them throw rocks: Bloomberg declares full support for venting hot air

Mayor Bloomberg helped back my months long statement of "let them throw rocks" to tire out protesters like screaming infants so they get tired and take a nap.

This statement is agreeable:

“I’m 100 percent in favor of protecting — 1,000 percent in favor — of giving people rights to say things,” Bloomberg told those in attendance...

“There are places where I think it’s appropriate to express yourself and then there are other places that are appropriate to set up a tent city, and they don’t necessarily have to be one and the same.” The mayor told reporters.

This statement is not agreeable:

“We are trying to deal with this is a way that doesn’t make the problem grow and protects everybody’s rights… we’re trying to let this — not ‘play out,’ that isn’t quite the right word, but let them express themselves.” Bloomberg added.'

That view marginalizes protests of any kind, at any time, as hot air and makes them into a mere ceremony like a decentralized modern election where your vote really doesn't count anymore. There you are given the same slate of interconnected candidates like the USSR. You will pick one of them.

I said on 7 October that the Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) would be issued for 2012.

The AP has just caught up with me.

Coopted "protests" made manifest: Obama seizes control

Truro police chief arrested for drunken driving

TRURO – Just months after being hired as the chief of police, John Lundborn was arrested by members of his own department Friday night for driving while intoxicated.

Lundborn, who has been with the Truro police department since 1989, was involved in a single-car accident in North Truro at approximately 9:30 p.m. Friday, according to a press release from Truro's Selectmen chairman Curtis Hartman.

Officials are keeping many details about the crash – including the exact location – closely guarded pending his arraignment Monday in Orleans District Court.

Lundborn was driving a Truro police cruiser at the time of the accident. A Truro police officer charged Lundborn at the scene with driving while intoxicated.

He was not injured, and no other parties were involved, the press release stated.

Lundborn has been placed on administrative leave pending an investigation by the Truro Board of Selectmen.

The selectmen will hold an executive session meeting Tuesday night to discuss further action, Truro Town Administrator Rex Peterson said.

Truro police Lt. Kyle Takakjian has assumed command of the department. Officials would not comment on whether the case would be investigated further by Truro police or if the investigation would be handed over to the state police, or a neighboring department.

On Saturday, Cape & Islands District Attorney Michael O'Keefe said he had no knowledge of the incident, and so he had no comment.

It gets better. The Times turned to none other than the man whose brother is "hiding" the third OKC "terrorist". This is the Chief who covered up a crash on 13 October involving a stone wall (pardon the pun) and a nobody who lives off continuances. This is the same Chief who covered up the stabbing at a Federal Reserve Bank of San Francsco / CNET executive house.

Oftentimes police do turn over investigations to other departments if there is any question of a bias, said Brewster Police Chief Richard Koch, who is the head of the Cape Cod Police Chiefs Association.

It is rare for a police chief to be arrested for drunken driving and even more rare for a chief to be arrested in his own town by officers from his own department, Koch said.

A lot of pressure is placed on the officers involved in the arrest of a superior, Koch said.

“I don't want to comment specifically about this case because I don't know enough about it,” Koch said. “But generally speaking, this is a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation.”

Making an arrest of one's own chief means every aspect of the arrest will be scrutinized by the public, and the lawyers in court.

Either way, the officers will be criticized, Koch said.

“Any of us in that kind of position would hope to have the courage to do the right thing,” Koch said. “Taking out a charge against a superior officer, that will be examined and re-examined, and lawyers will look at it.”

Koch said he was “heartbroken” to read about Lundborn's arrest.

“You hate to see that happen to anybody,” Koch said. “But when you're a chief, you need to set an example. The chief of police is a really important position that people look up to. It's heartbreaking for this to happen with a chief.”...

Masked demonstrators assaulted police vans with rocks, bottles and clubs in the San Giovanni area, which filled up with tear gas as police helicopters hovered above.

Ex-admiral Claimed Dubious Degrees

When Vice Adm. Donald Arthur retired as Navy surgeon general, Adm. Mike Mullen--now chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff--paid tribute to a "Renaissance man."

"His resume says a lot," Mullen said. "BA, MA, JD, PhD and of course MD. He's got more degrees than a thermometer."

It was a stirring testimonial, but not entirely accurate. While Arthur's bachelor's and MD were legitimate, he has no master's. The PhD came from a university whose accreditation the federal government doesn't recognize. And the JD, or law degree, was granted by a diploma mill that collapsed after its president was imprisoned for fraud.

Nearly two years before Mullen's rousing send-off, an author specializing in military research told his office that Arthur had claimed questionable academic credentials.

Yet Mullen still made those degrees a centerpiece of his retirement ode to Arthur last year. And those degrees were either entered into Arthur's record or listed in resumes submitted to the U.S. Senate for his promotion up the ranks of admiral and ultimately to surgeon general of the Navy, records show.

Arthur says he was guilty only of being ill-informed about unaccredited institutions--and that a Navy investigation cleared him of any wrongdoing.

But his history raises questions about how well Pentagon brass and the Senate vet applicants to top military positions as the federal government investigates cases of academic fraud.

Arthur, who left the Navy and became a hospital executive in Pennsylvania, defended his qualifications to be the service's top doctor. "The only thing I was hired to be surgeon general for was my MD," he said.

His PhD and JD have since been removed from his official biography but remain in his service record.

An unaccredited JD and PhD would not be as central to a doctor's promotion as an MD, said retired Rear Adm. John Hutson, the Navy's top uniformed lawyer from 1997 to 2000. But Hutson said the law degree and doctorate would have been factors in Arthur's advancement--particularly in an area like health-care management, the focus of his PhD.

"He may or may not be promoted without it," Hutson said. "But one, he had it in his record, and two, there's a pretty good argument that he knew or should have known that people would rely on it, not knowing that they were unaccredited degrees."

Unaccredited institutions range from those whose officials have been prosecuted, like LaSalle University in Mandeville, La., to those like American Century University (formerly Century University) that operate legally but claim accreditation from organizations the U.S. government doesn't recognize.

Within a 14-month period in 1992-93, Arthur obtained a PhD in health-care management from what is now American Century University in New Mexico and a JD from LaSalle University, according to his Navy record.

American Century's dean of instruction, Antonin Smrcka, said students work hard for degrees, adding that the institution had Arthur's doctoral thesis on file before it was destroyed as part of a regular records purge.

But he added: "The U.S. Army or U.S. Navy or U.S. Air Force does not recognize the degree from Century University. ... As a rule, we inform the potential student to speak to his employer [to find out] if his employer would accept the degree."

LaSalle University is not to be confused with venerable La Salle University in Philadelphia. The LaSalle in Louisiana collapsed after its founder pleaded guilty in 1996 to conspiracy to commit tax evasion and other offenses in a scheme that included the selling of degrees.

In interviews, Arthur acknowledged that in the early 1990s he took "some courses from two places that are unaccredited." He said LaSalle had given him papers indicating the school had been accredited. "I could say I was naive, but I was 40 years old. And I didn't understand completely what was going on."

As for the master's, which first appeared in his bio for his 1978 medical school yearbook, Arthur said, "I was in a master's program, but I did not graduate. I do not have a master's degree."

Arthur has come under criticism from a number of retired Navy officers, including Dr. Benjamin Newman, a veteran of the Navy medical corps who retired this year.

Newman noted that the Navy's Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, which Arthur oversaw as surgeon general, scrutinizes a doctor's record every time he is assigned to practice medicine at a new duty station.

Arthur's "credentials should have been picked up by someone to show that they're not legitimate," said Newman, who has viewed Arthur's records.

In November 2005, B.G. Burkett, an Army Vietnam veteran who has made a career of exposing military fraud, urged Mullen to investigate Arthur, according to letters provided by Burkett.

Arthur said he was stunned by Burkett's allegations at the time and welcomed an investigation by the Navy inspector general. Arthur said the investigation cleared him of any wrongdoing, but he declined to give the Tribune a copy of the report.

The inspector general's office declined to confirm that any investigation occurred, citing confidentiality.

Asked how unaccredited degrees ended up in Arthur's record, Navy spokesman Cmdr. Jeff Davis said, "I have not seen the record. ... Navy policy and the Navy practice is that we don't introduce degrees that are not from accredited institutions."

9/11 bumbling FBI issues $524,927 contract to record talk radio and intimidate

No one was fired, and as far as America knows, no one was demoted or reprimanded for 9/11, whoever staged it.

First it was last week's demand that people stop saying J. Edgar Hoover was gay. So what if he was ? Why so touchy ? They sure go around defending all kinds of freaks and criminals' rights as it is.

If you call a radio talk show and get on the air, you might be recorded by the FBI.

The FBI has awarded a $524,927 contract to a Virginia company to record as much radio news and talk programming as it can find on the Internet.

The FBI says it is not playing big brother by policing the airwaves, but rather seeking access to what airs as potential evidence.

"This doesn't give us any enhanced capability, prying into or any 'big brother' concerns because this is information that's being put out on the airwaves," FBI spokesman Paul Bresson told WMAL.com. "Its very important to our investigators to know what's being reported."

Is this the same FBI that let Merck knowingly murder me in 1998 and then ignored it, along with state and local police ? You can only live and die once, but they don't seem to care about that as documented Bormann group Nazis are allowed to run rampant.

Is this the same same FBI that never obtained a warrant for Osama bin Laden for 9/11 ? The FBI that ignored them practicing in Naugatuck, Connecticut ?

Buchanan tenderly sews the disinformation of omission

Writing in Is the New World Order unraveling?, Patrick J. Buchanan who is no outsider, sews false hope for those opposed to the "New World Order."

With Greece on the precipice of default and Portugal and Italy approaching the ledge, the European monetary union appears in peril.

Should it collapse, the European Union itself could be in danger, for economic nationalism is rising in Europe. Which raises a larger question.

Is the New World Order, the great 20th century project of Western transnational elites, unraveling?

Writings like this make those with just enough knowledge think that the system is groaning and can cause them to back off. The goal is to limit resistance.

The real plan is much greater in scope than several bureaucratic nonsense treaties.

The real plan involves the Gehlen Organization that has infiltrated intelligence since World War II.

Buchanan's analysis is cover and a half truth of omissions to steer discussion.

The NWO dates back as far as Woodrow Wilson's League of Nations, which a Republican Senate refused to enter. FDR, seeking to succeed where his mentor had failed, oversaw the creation of a United Nations, an International Monetary Fund and a World Bank.

That's a lie of omission.

The NWO dates back to 11 September 9 when certain Germans (identified by Senator Robert Byrd on the floor of the Senate on 20 September 1993 and entered in the record as "the German Odoacer") and Jews started attacking Rome to unlawfully steal away command and control as well as wealth.

Buchanan never mentions Bilderberg. There's a warning flare. Of course, he also ignores the sinking of the German sub headed to the Chatham Bars Inn on Cape Cod, that caused the family of Prince Bernhard to flee to Canada instead of completing their meeting with German industrialists, as they did after the war.

Or that all of these organizations were laid out by what is broadly termed the the SS. He omits the truth of NATO.

SS Oberstgruppenfuhrer Paul Hausser was unquestionably the ablest military commander in the Waffen SS. After the war he sought to reestablish the reputation of the SS and claimed that the foreign units of the SS were really the precursors of the NATO army.

He omits the truth of the Bank of International Settlements, which financed Hitler's war machine.

“The BIS was completely under Hitler’s control by the outbreak of World War II,” writes Higham. “Among the directors under Thomas H. McKittrick were Hermann Shmitz, head of the colossal Nazi industrial trust I.G. Farben, Baron Kurt von Schroder, head of the J.H. Stein Bank of Cologne and a leading officer and financier of the Gestapo; Dr. Walther Funk of the Reichsbank, and, of course, Emil Puhl. These last two figures were Hitler’s personal appointees to the board.”

Higham details how the gold looted from countries invaded by the Nazis was packed into vaults controlled by the Bank for International Settlements, and how Nazis who controlled the bank then forbade any discussion of the theft.

“The BIS was an instrument of Hitler, but its continuing existence was approved by Great Britain even after that country went to war with Germany, and the British director Sir Otto Niemeyer, and chairman Montagu Norman, remained in office throughout the war,” writes Higham, explaining how Washington State Congressman John M. Coffee objected to American money being invested with the bank in 1944.

Still, economic collaboration in France with the Germans had been so widespread (on all levels of society) that there had to be a realization that an entire nation could not be brought to trial. Buchanan details various events that were all cover for the truth that he omits.

Suddenly, however, the progression has stalled. Indeed, the New World Order seems to be unraveling.

Through history there have been attempts to unite the world.

Let them throw rocks: Bloomberg declares Protest Faire closed

UPDATE: Mayor Michael Bloomberg said they would be allowed to return following the cleaning. He made a surprise visit to the park Wednesday where he made the announcement.

I said months ago that the foreign, corporate-run "revolutions" intended to open new markets for their crap, and that Globalists would "let them throw rocks" until the protesters were worn down into accepting a new leader from the usual approved list.

In the USA as overseas, the Globalists have tired out the protesters and their source of manpower like parents tiring out a screaming infant on a vacation to lull them to sleep.

The Mayor of New York is now suitably satisfied that no one else is going to show up at protests and that he can take the same steps as the borderline mental defective Mayor of Boston took to rid the world of filthy dissent (as an aside, if that Italian was in my Rome, I'm quite certain he'd be washing my horses, stammering the entire time).

There's nothing to protest here. Everyone go home and sniff fresh plastic fumes from your latest purchase.

Two days after Mayor Michael Bloomberg said protesters could stay in Zuccotti Park "indefinitely" if they followed the law, the mayor visited them tonight to say they had to be out of there by Friday, according to the mayor's office. The reason given by the mayor tonight was that the park needs to be cleaned.

Having established that the corporate sponsored protesters were all that were going to show up and that there was therefore no threat to the Mensch, Mayor Bloomberg has decided to declare the Protest Faire over for this season, and has ordered them to return home to begin preparations for the Jewish-managed Christmas season.

Protesters of government would be so unsightly among holiday lights that will no doubt be hung starting in two weeks, as the date of corporate, Jewish-managed "Christmas" gets moved up earlier every year, and ends earlier every year. The latter is so that stores may then take your cash for "sales," a documented sham since 2008 as they mark prices up to mark them down.

Mayor Bloomberg was no doubt ordered to show unity in the face of the "Iranian plot" created by a paid DEA informant to kill an underachieving, academically lazy, millionaire brat of a Saudi ambassador who would wet his suit if you said "boo" to him.

He was no doubt ordered to do so by Hillary Clinton, who was deeply involved in running weapons to the same groups that were then used to offer their skills to "Revolutionary Guard" members through the same paid DEA informants.

For these words, mere hot air already in the legal system (if it even occurred), the crazed Cuban-born Jewish hot head Rep. Ros-Lehtinen wants to kill living, breathing people.

She has a PhD in education, as are her other degrees. She is suited to be a Miami superintendent, not to comment on world affairs. She's also an obvious foreign agent, being the granddaughter of Turkish Jews, an overt puppet of the Israeli lobby, and given the Israeli machine since 1948, of the government itself.

Whether the administration can do enough to satisfy a growing chorus of hawks on Capitol Hill is not clear. In an interview on Wednesday, Representative Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, Republican of Florida and chairwoman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, called on the administration to be much tougher.

“There are a lot of steps that we can immediately take that would serve as a wake-up call to the international community,” said Ms. Ros-Lehtinen, adding that the United States should expel Iran’s ambassador to the United Nations and shut down its interest section in Washington. She also suggested taking aim at Russian and Chinese companies and individuals that do business with Iran’s energy industry.

With respect to that resolution, the Obama administration now appears to find itself between a rock – the new Republican and pro-Likud majority in the House of Representatives, as well as most Democratic lawmakers who are wary of crossing the Israel lobby – and a hard place - fast-growing international support, including from its most important European allies, for the creation of a Palestinian state, as well as Washington's own credibility as a good- faith mediator in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Hillary Clinton apologizes to "terrorist's" family while I rot in hospital of injuries her husband caused

While I was choking my guts up for a bit over the 200th night in hospital the last week, Bilderberg Nazi Hillary Clinton (look back in the blog or elsewhere if you don't know that association) apologized to a "terrorist".
